公司第一个海外项目，换模时间大大缩短，深受客户好评，模具库布置在冲床前面，在冲床和模具库之间布置换模台车。备模阶段，堆垛机从模具库将准备换上的模具送到换模台车上；换模阶段，模具通过换模台车和推拉机实现在冲床正面完成换模流程。换模时间＜3分钟（整线）。
